When I closed the investment the balance dropped to 0.03017110 (before) and I was credited back only to 0.04017110. It can clearly be seen as it's my first two Investbox transactions

In 2017 there was no "dice investment", there was investbox and at some investments there was a condition to play dice game to get paid 24 hours after investing. But As I remember, you CREATED an investment that does not matter in this case, what matters that in the same day you created and closed an investment (this did not effect your balance at all) and while it was opened, you played dice game and lost. So what? You lost, move on.
